Rental Contract of Agreement for 360 Entertainment 

This Rental Contract of Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between 360 Entertainment JA (“Company”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”). By booking with 360 Entertainment JA, the Client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Payment Terms

1. Booking Confirmation:

   – All bookings must be confirmed through our online booking site.

   – A booking confirmation will be emailed once the reservation is made.

2. Payment:

   – Payment should be made online at the time of booking.

   – Exceptions are made for cash payments upon delivery, which must be arranged and approved in advance through our customer service team.

   – The total rental cost is provided in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds

3. Cancellation Policy:

   – Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will incur no charges, and any online payments made will be refunded in full.

 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental cost, deducted from any online payments made. If the payment was to be made upon delivery, the cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Rescheduling:

   -Clients may reschedule their event date once without penalty, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the original event date and is subject to availability.

 Rental Period and Use

5. Rental Period:

   – The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods.

6. Delivery and Setup:

   – Delivery and setup services are included in the rental cost and will be coordinated through the booking site.

   – Clients are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and space for delivery and setup.

7. Use and Care of Rental Items:

   – Clients are responsible for the care and safe use of all rental items.

   – Any damage or loss of rental items will result in additional charges for repair or replacement as specified below:

Return and Pickup

8. Return and Pickup:

   – All rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

   – 360 Entertainment JA is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to the misuse of rental items.

   – Clients must ensure that all items are used in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

10. Insurance: 

We recommend that clients obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

Partnerships with Other Brands

11. Collaboration with Other Brands:

   – 360 Entertainment JA is open to collaborating with other brands to enhance the event experience.

   – Partnerships must be discussed and approved in advance, ensuring that all brands involved uphold the same standards of quality and service.

   – Co-branded events and promotional activities will be governed by separate agreements outlining the responsibilities and benefits of each party.

Amendments

12. Policy Changes:

360 Entertainment JA reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

Governing Law

13. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
